Personal CCTV Rights

Can I see this information?

You have a right only to view that personal information which is held about you, unless there are some specific reasons why the Council is not obliged to provide that information.

If you wish to exercise your right to see this information you will need to complete a Subject Access form available from the relevant County Council in which you must be able to clearly identify yourself, and the precise time and location you think you were recorded. Remember that information is only normally held for 28 days.

A small charge may be made to process this request. Most County Councils will normally respond to a completed form within 10 working days either identifying the steps taken to comply with the request, or setting out the reasons for refusing the request.
